The good news: it works. I can get a full erection using the device. Customer service (Wade) was good and could answer my questions. The downside: the directions are not clear or straightforward. When I finally figured out how to use it, I saw that it was simpler than I thought. The free venous ring, for example, is not necessary since the constriction ring does the same thing and better. The cone is not really necessary either if you use adequate lube, but it might be helpful. Not sure how it compares to other devices.

I had prostate cancer surgery, Wade recommended this unit, it exceeded my expectations. I did have to call back and order the larger tube. I would highly recommend spending the money to purchase this because of the quality and how well it works.

Pump works great. Not sure why people buy the battery operated ones for a lot more $, while the plunger is easy to use, and easy to control how much vacuum you want. The silcon rings provided are way to small (for me). The adjustable one is worthless. I have had to experiment with other (mucher larger) silicon rings that work for me.

worked as advertised, but for me the rings did not hold the erection. It is a bit uncomfortable, but would be worth it for those that can keep the erection. Pump certainly does the job.
