Shipping & Returns
All shipping Labels are discreetly marked from Reach Medical
Our main goal is your satisfaction. You may return or exchange most new, unopened manufacturer boxed items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or for exchange. All shipping charges will be reduced from return. If you requested express shipping, shipping charges incurred will be reduced from the return. Return of items that are used or the original manufacturers box is opened, cannot be returned or accepted and a refund will not be given. Due to the hygienic nature of this product and the manufacturer's strict no return policy, we cannot accept returns or issue a credit for any tension ring once it has been delivered to you. Custom or special orders are not returnable. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Product warranty of most products must be handled by the manufacturer unless otherwise noted by Reach Medical. Reach Medical will be happy to assist you in contacting the manufacturer if warranty service is required. You must obtain a RMA# before returning.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 business days once a product return is received by Reach Medical, Inc. Keep in mind it may take 5 to 7 days for your shipper to get the product back to Reach Medical, Inc.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You can determine cost at check out by using the estimated shipping function. All orders ship Monday - Friday except for major holidays. Most orders are processed and shipped on the business day of the order or the following business day. Shipping times are selected at check out and are based on Shipping companies estimate but are not guaranteed. Reach Medical is not responsible for delays from freight companies and no refund will be allowed due to a delay by a freight company.
Credit Card Purchase Term and agreement
By using the Erecaidpumps Reach Medical, Inc. store secure checkout, you are approving charges to your credit card to process the order entered. By using your payment in the online shopping cart, you are agreeing by electronic consent approval for product and applicable shipping charges to the card used. Customer agrees not to dispute or charge back Credit Card charges for products ordered and received, for products not returned or products returned without authorization. Customer understands and agrees that chargeback's outside the terms of this agreement may be sent to a third party agency to collect payment as a unauthorized charge back results in a debt owed to Reach Medical, Inc. Any additional fees or costs resulting in the process of collecting a debt will be the responsibility of the customer.
