    I purchased the pump and sampler package following my partner's encouragement. After a couple of decades of no coitus I was skeptical if I would actually be able to perform at all. During the recommended training period I used each of the different styles. For me the "#6 blue tension ring is the only one that maintains the erection.

    After several failures with other rings, I discovered these by accident online. I took a chance and ordered a few. I’m glad I did! While I am waiting for a much needed surgery, I can have full function with these when the others did not work. 5⭐️’s

    They definitely are easier going on but reduce to the size you're looking for so working not as well
