The unique and patented design of the EZ Ring, which fits on the end of the cylinder like a lid, ensures that the scrotal tissue is not drawn into the cylinder of the pump. This design gives many patients a more comfortable fit, provides a better seal between body and cylinder, and greater tension to assist in maintaining penile rigidity. Once an erection has been created, the ring is removed from the end of the cylinder and remains at the base of the erect penis. The EZ Ring minimizes the ring transfer process. For use with Esteem or Classic cylinders and systems.

EZ TENSION RING - Instructions for Use
The EZ Tension Ring has a unique and patented
design which allows it to easily fit directly onto the end
of the cylinder like a lid. This creates a firm seal with the
cylinder and with penile tissue which facilitates the
vacuum process. This design also ensures that the
scrotal tissue is not drawn into the cylinder when
pumping. These advantages give many patients a
more comfortable tension ring fit and more tension to
assist in maintaining penile rigidity. Once an erection
has been created, the ring is slipped off the end of the
cylinder and remains at the base of the erect penis
minimizing the ring transfer process. EZ Tension Rings
are intended for use with Esteem®
and Classic cylinders and Vacuum Therapy Systems.
Step 1 – Remove the gray insert from the end of the cylinder provided with your Vacuum Therapy
System and place the EZ Tension Ring on end of the cylinder like a cap or a lid, as shown below.
Note: DO NOT USE Ring Loader with EZ Tension Rings
Step 2 – Apply lubricant to the surface around the center of the opening of
the EZ Tension Ring as well as to the entire head of the penis.
Step 3 – Place the head of the penis against the opening of the EZ Tension Ring,
making certain that the Urethral Notch is on the bottom and the Removal Grips are on the sides.
Step 4 – Operate the vacuum pump by squeezing the handle or pressing the power button on the
pump handle. This will remove air from the cylinder and also draw the penis into the cylinder.
Allow the penis to be drawn through the opening in the EZ Tension Ring into the cylinder until the
Ring is positioned near the base of the penis.
Step 5 – Pump slowly for several seconds. Slow down or stop if you feel discomfort. Pause to let
the blood flow into your penis. Continue pumping until your penis becomes erect and lifts off the
cylinder floor and is firm enough for intercourse.
Step 6 – Press the green vacuum release button and pull the EZ Tension Ring off the cylinder, so
that the Ring remains positioned at the base of your penis.
CAUTION: Do not leave the Tension Ring on for longer than 30 minutes. Allow 60 minutes
Step 7 – Remove the EZ Tension Ring after sexual activity by pulling the Removal Grips outward,
away from the penis. Hold the grips in this position until the penis loses some firmness. Then
slowly pull the ring forward and off your penis. Additional lubricant may be needed to aid in
Step 8 – Wash EZ Tension Ring with warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly for storage until
Removal: Lubricate the penis just prior to ring removal. To avoid breaking handles, I put my thumb on the body side and one or two fingers on the handle side. Squeeze fingers together and pull ring for 20 seconds to allow some blood to flow out. Then slowly pull ring off penis. At first I got hair stuck under my fingers. I found that by cutting some hair back about halfway short, I eliminated this problem.
Beginning: Follow the directions. Lubricate the penis head and inside diameter of the ring opening. Apply one continuous pressure at first to pull the entire penis through and completely inside the ring.
I do this once daily. It is easy and takes less than 10 minutes. Daily is necessary to maintain penis conditioning. The EZ rings make this much move comfortable than the snap bands. No more scrotal tissue sucked in. I have four rings, one each of size 4,5,6 and 7. Only trial can tell you which size is best.
Only one drawback. My erection is 1 cm shorter with the EZ ring compared to the snap bands. I might use a snap band for the real deal. But for daily conditioning, this is the best.
Best of all rings. Could be fantastic if handles were stronger!
wow what a hard-on
I thought the simple one-dimensional rings from Erecaid that I was using were the best, This ring not only allows a great erection, but my wife loves them too.Kudos to whoever invented these things!
This Tension ring I believe will replace all others for most. I had best results with two rings, one large medium, one large high. This eliminates both and very comfortable. Holds Erections well. Suggest you lubricate to remove. I am 80 and hardly can remove the cylinder when erect. This is the best result in 20 years of using battery powered Osborn Pump.520
A major improvement over the rings. No need for extra pump pieces for assembly, ring installation, and release. Works fast and easy. handles used for removal are not thick enough and easily break.
A little stretchier than the regular bands. I seem to be able to maintain erection with the lesser pressure which makes the process a bit more comfortable despite still having some problems with getting scrotal tissue pulled up in front of the band. That is not so comfortable.
after 13 years, since 1999, I can now have a hard erection. thank you
The ring itself is good. Comfy and easy to put on. But, be careful when removing. The "ears/rings" that are supposed to be used to help take it off broke the first time I tried to remove it. It is still usable, but watch out.
