This product supplements, assists and enhances the natural body functions not available for some folks. I am able to function as I did some 50 years ago. A miracle I never anticipated. Nothing in the advertising is overstated. The product delivers as promised.

Just had prostate surgery two months ago, this is my first experience with a device of this nature and that is why in the headline I said "I think" ... you don't know what you don't know. Product arrived in perfect condition and I achieved the initial anticipated results following the instructions provided. My only complaint (again related to not having experience with this device) was there was no directions as far as: 1) How often should I be using the device (once/twice/three times per day); 2) During each practice session, how many erections should I be having; 3)how many practice sessions should I have before starting to use the tension systems; 4) a little more detail (pros/cons)on the various tension systems some of which were provided and others available as options.

I have a more expensive system that I've been using but I needed a back up system when I was going out of town. I didn't want to lose my system going through the airport, so I purchased this system. It works better than my osbon system. Now this is my main system and the more expensive one is my back up.
